- When will I receive my order?
Our processing usually takes about 5-10 days (depending on how overwhelmed we are in orders).
Shipping to the US is 2-7 days.
Shipping to Canada is 1-2 weeks.
Shipping worldwide is 2-3 weeks.
- How can I edit my order after it's placed?
Our outliners and digitizers go straight to work on your order as soon as it has been placed, so images cannot be edited after your order is in our system. If there was an error in your order confirmation, please let us know as soon as you can. Our email is threadedmemoriies@gmail.com.

Yes! Just place those specific instructions on the notes of your order.
- What is the apparel made of?
Our sweatshirts and hoodies are made out of 50% cotton 50% polyester! They are unisex fit and they don't run too small or too large!

Award Winning! You read it right! I won a holiday sweater contest at work with this sweater. It’s hilarious and creative and everyone loved it and demanded to know where I got it (I shared a link of course because we don’t gatekeep here) The sweater was so well made and she processed my order so quickly, I got it before the holidays, which I honestly didn’t expect but am forever grateful!
